When does my order ship?

After the payment has been processed, orders will be handled within 1-3 business days and shipped the following day. In most cases, orders are delivered within 5 to 12 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive a confirmation email, which includes a link to your personal tracking information so you can stay informed at all times of the location of your order.

What is your refund process?

You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
